Return policy

1. general information

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from ZenSaku Studio. However, if you are unhappy with an item, you can request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

Please note: As many of our products are made to order (print-on-demand), some items cannot be returned. Details can be found below.

2. return and exchange conditions

Return period

      • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

      • After this period we can no longer offer returns or refunds.

    Conditions for a return

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be:

        • Be unused and in the same condition in which you received them.

        • Returned in the original packaging.

      Non-returnable items

      The following items are excluded from return:

          • Personalized products: Products that have been specially made to your specifications.

          • Digital content: Downloadable products and digital files.

          • Damaged items due to improper use: Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer.

        3. return procedure

          Please contact us:

              • Send an e-mail to mail@zensakustudio.com with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos of the item.

            Return address received:

                • We will inform you of the exact address for the return shipment, as this may vary depending on the print-on-demand provider.

              Return shipment:

                  • Send the item to the specified address at your own expense.

                  • Please use a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

                4. refunds

                As soon as we have received and checked the returned items, we will inform you by e-mail about the approval or rejection of your refund.

                Approved refunds

                    • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-14 working days of approval.

                    • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item was returned due to an error on our part (e.g. defective or incorrect product).

                  Refused refunds

                      • Items that show signs of use or are returned damaged cannot be refunded.

                    5. exchange

                    We will only replace items if they have been delivered defective or damaged. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at mail@zensakustudio.com.

                    6. shipping costs for returns

                        • The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer, unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is defective.

                        • Shipping costs incurred for the original order will not be refunded.

                      7. damaged or incorrect items

                      If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Send us an e-mail with your order number and photos of the damage so that we can solve the problem quickly.

                      8. customs duties and international orders

                      Refunds do not include customs duties, import taxes or other costs incurred on delivery. These costs are to be borne by the customer.
