Shipping conditions

We offer worldwide shipping for orders placed via our online store. Shipping is handled by our print-on-demand (POD) partners, who take care of the production, packaging and shipping of the products.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping service provider.

2. shipping countries

We deliver to the following countries:

• Europe: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and other EU countries.
• International: USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Japan and other countries.

If your country is not on the list, please contact us at mail@zensakustudio.com to check whether delivery is possible.

3. shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the destination and the type of products ordered. The exact shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

• Standard shipping: The shipping costs for standard deliveries vary depending on the country and weight of the order.
• Express shipping: In some countries we offer express shipping for an additional charge. Availability is displayed during checkout.

4. delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and availability of the products:

• Europe: 5-10 working days
• USA & Canada: 7-14 working days
• Australia and other countries: 10-20 working days

Note: These delivery times are estimates. Delays due to customs clearance or logistical problems with the shipping service provider are beyond our control.

5. production and processing time

As our products are made individually and to order, the processing time before dispatch is usually 2-5 working days. The total delivery time is calculated from the processing time plus the shipping time.

6. shipping service provider

The shipping service provider is selected by our print-on-demand partners and depends on your location. Common shipping service providers are:

• DHL
• FedEx
• USPS
• UPS

7. tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail, which will also contain tracking information (if available).

8. customs and import duties

Customs or import fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU. These costs are not covered by us and must be borne by the customer. Please contact your local customs authority for information on possible fees.

9. undeliverable items

If a delivery cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, we reserve the right to charge additional costs for redelivery. Please check your details carefully before completing your order.

10. damage and returns

• If your order has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at mail@zensakustudio.com with a description and pictures of the damage.
• Returns are only possible under certain conditions. Further information can be found in our returns policy.
