Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date:

1. For physical goods:
   • On which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
2. For several goods in one order:
   • On which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
3. For digital content:
   • On which the contract was concluded.

This withdrawal policy applies exclusively to consumers residing in the European Union. We do not offer a statutory right of withdrawal for customers outside the EU. Details on return rights for non-EU customers can be found in our return conditions.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the sample withdrawal form attached below, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of the goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

1. Digital content: Contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, where you have expressly agreed that we commence performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
2. Sealed goods: Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
3. Customized products: Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal requirements.
